This was a first for our AiProtect Programs -
On Sunday morning, March 10 team members of the Whippany Park H. S. Football Team participated in a comprehensive 1-hour AiProtect workshop that covered the essential AiProtect Basics and gave them an introduction to Aikido technique as well. They were enthusiastic, attentive and respectful. They did a great job and admirably represented their coaches, other team members and school.
The AiProtect workshop was led by Scott Riotto and assisted by Aikido Centers instructors Robert Friedman, Jim McNaught, Ton Vu, Paul Daly, Christian Frentzko, Travis Roy and Robert Czarniawski with Sensei Greg O'Connor standing by for guidance and support.
