All of our instructors are Aikido Black Belts certified by 
Aikido Hombu Dojo / The Aikikai Foundation 
Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan.
We are fortunate to be widely known for the caliber of our training and our instructors. 
All have trained from 10-30 years with our chief instructor, Greg O'Connor, earning his respect, confidence, appreciation and full support. 
Not only are they world-class Aikido instructors and practitioners but they are of exceptional character—exhibiting kindness, patience, humor and a true desire to help beginners.
Traditional Japanese Koryu Training
When we had our East Hanover Dojo, in addition to Aikido, we were both fortunate and honored to have hosted Senseis Meik Skoss & Diane Skoss and their Shutokukan Dojo.
Meik and Diane Skoss are world-known and highly respected for their knowledge of, and expertise in, traditional Japanese weaponry.
