Beginners - Falling is not necessary
in any of our Aikido classes
Members may also enjoy any of our regular aikido classes
without the
need to take any falls. Participants can still learn and enjoy the valuable aspects of Aikido training that concentrates on
centering, posture, breathing as well as partner blending,
controlling and neutralizing techniques.
If desired, introductions to basic
falling
methods are done safely, comfortably and at each individual's
personal pace.

adaptable for
beginners and cover
everything that the new student needs to start
safe, comfortable and
effective Aikido practice including: Dojo Etiquette
& Terminology,
Warm-ups & Exercises, Breathing & Posture,
Basic Movement &
Blending, Basic Falling & Basic Techniques.Beginners are always helped at their own pace and comfort level. |
